The Kilby Mission

Mission of the Kilby Awards Foundation is to identify, celebrate and provide heroic role models for future generations, the leaders of the 21st Century. Kilby Laureates are recognized for making significant contributions to society through science, technology, innovation, invention and education.

The Kilby Awards Foundation is proud to share the first project to demonstrate the Kilby Mission using advanced technology. In July 1999, The Kilby Awards Foundation collaborated with The Center for Rural Development to provide role models for high school students during the Rogers Scholars program.
